About Tarangire National Park.

Often described as Tanzania’s most underrated national park, Tarangire is one of Africa’s little-known gems and a must for any northern circuit itinerary.

Boasting a variety of wildlife as diverse as its landscape, Tarangire is also the park that can boast being home to Tanzania’s largest population of African elephants. Full Tour Itinerary

Day 0: Arrival Day In Arusha.

After reaching your Hotel / lodge you will check In, then will meet one of our staff members and your guide to give you the brief about your safari the next morning.

If you arrive in the afternoon you will have a chance to do the Arusha city Tour Before the night.

Day 1: Arusha To Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast at your lodge, you will depart for the most famous and the first national park to be gazetted in Tanzania; The Serengeti National Park. On your way, you have the chance to visit Olduvai- Gorge where human fossils were discovered by the Leakey’s family suggesting that mankind started in Africa. Inside the Serengeti, you expect to see lots of animals all year round but it is the Migration herds that amaze many travelers. Resident animals include buffaloes, elephants, cheetahs, lions, baboons, zebras and so many bird species.

Day 2 : Morning Balloon Ride And Game Drive Full Day.

On this Day you will pick up early in the morning from your hotel / Lodge and transfer to the place where the balloon will Ride. After reaching the place for the Balloon ride, you will have breakfast during the time you wait for the balloon to ride. In balloon rides the children below 7 years old are not allowed to ride, so your child he / she will stay with your guide to take care of him/ her during the time you do balloon ride. The balloon takes only one hour then returns to the place where the balloon was ridden, so you will meet again your guide with your child and Continue with game drive until the afternoon, in the afternoon you will stop somewhere in the Park for having lunch and then continue with game drive until the evening.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park To Ngorongoro Crater.

We experience a spectacular early morning sunrise in Serengeti, if the weather allow and have breakfast. After breakfast, we leave the Lodge with your picnic lunch to another game drive, looking for more lions, leopards, cheetah, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles and hyenas till afternoon and then drive to the Ngorongoro conservation area, after reach in Ngorongoro will decent to ngorongoro crater then continue with game drive in the crater unto the evening then drive to your Hotel for check in and having a rest.

Day 4: Ngorongoro To Olduvai And Shifting Sand.

In the morning after breakfast in your hotel you will drive to Olduvai Georgi for the activities then later drive to the shifting sand,in the afternoon will have lunch in the picnic site then continue with activities until the early evening start to drive back to your lodge for donuts and overnight.

Day 5: Ngorongoro To Lake Manyara.

In the morning after breakfast in your hotel in ngorongoro will drive directly to karatu town then check in the hotel, leave the bags in the hotel then drive directly to lake manyara National park for game drive. Will have the full day game drive until the evening then, drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Days 6: Karatu - Maasai Emanyata To Tarangire National Park.

In the morning after breakfast in your hotel in karatu will drive from karatu pass in the Maasai village for Maasai activities, after finishing all the activities in Maasai village, will continue with our drive to Tarangire National Park, after arrive in Tarangire National park, will do the registration in the main gate. Then I will do the afternoon game drive with the picnic lunch , the game continues until the early evening, then drive to the tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive To Arusha Town.

In the morning after having breakfast in your lodge you will do a morning game drive in Tarangire national park, until the early afternoon drive back to the lodge for hot lunch, after having hot lunch will pack all the bags in the car then drive to the maintenance gate for check out. After check out, I will drive directly to Arusha town for dinner and overnight.
